All prices are listed in USD. Shipping is free on every order, worldwide.
🕒 Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your confirmation email is sent. Once your order ships, you'll receive a second email with tracking information.

Because we ship from international fulfillment partners, please plan with realistic windows:

🔍 Tracking Your Order
A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to become active on the carrier's site.
🛃 Customs & Import Duties
We do our best to minimize additional fees. However, Willen is not responsible for customs duties or import taxes applied to your shipment by your local authorities.
🏠 Incorrect Shipping Details
Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.
📦 Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking has not updated for more than 14 days after the latest scan, or your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please email us within 30 days of the issue. We'll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
